Welcome to your local Cats Protection!
The centre was opened in 1998 and is the largest purpose built cat centre in the area. With 100 pens plus our luxury Cat Cottage (find out more) we can house on average 150 cats at any one time, but sadly there is normally the same amount waiting to come into the centre.
We offer a warm welcome to anyone that wishes to just pop down for a visit. You are under no obligation but we can’t guarantee that one of our cats won’t steal your heart!

Unfortunately the last few weeks has seen even more cats being abandoned at the Centre than in previous years. As you can imagine, this means that we are bursting at the seams at a time of year that normally sees a drop in the number of cats being homed......Santa is going to be struggling to fill every stocking at the Centre on Christmas Eve. Can you give Taffeta a home?Taffeta is a pretty girl who loves a fuss and is always ready to chat to anyone. She would love a home with an owner who doesn't mind giving her a tablet every day.
